the details

price: $19 + $7 shipping for your first magazine ($26 total), then $29 + $7 shipping/month ($36 total), or $290 + $84 shipping/year ($374 total for 12 magazines). existing subscription terms stay unchanged. cancel anytime.
how it works: everything is by text. send links (and photos) all month; on the 1st you get your magazine's list and approve it with one reply. nothing prints without your ok.
size: every magazine is at least 96 pages (short months pad out with ruled notes pages), printed at 8.5×11. past 96 it grows into a thick edition (+$9 past 96 pages, +$19 past 192, up to 320) and you can trim at review to stay under.
what can go in: open-web articles, subscriber-only pieces you already have access to (via the offprint shortcut on your phone), x posts (text the link; threads via the shortcut), pdfs (text a link, or share files via the shortcut), and your photos, which become collage pages.
the object: full color throughout on coated stock, gloss cover, your name printed on it. no digital edition currently. a future offering is unconfirmed, with no promised date.
quality: a human reviews every magazine's formatting before it prints.
shipping: the us, canada, the uk, the eu, australia + new zealand. new subscriptions add $7 shipping per magazine in all supported countries.
