Offprint is a product of Just Commit Inc.
Offprint turns article links you save into a printed magazine mailed to your address. Your first magazine is a one-time purchase ($19 during your 48-hour launch window, $29 after — shipping included); continuing past your first magazine is an optional $29/month subscription you can cancel anytime. Nothing prints without your explicit approval of that month's magazine, and skipped months are never charged.
Offprint is a conversational SMS service: you opt in by texting our number first. We reply with save confirmations, monthly review summaries, shipping updates, and payment links for your own account — no marketing lists, no third-party messages. Message frequency varies with your usage; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Offprint is a personal format-shifting tool, not a publisher. Every page we print is produced at the specific direction of one reader, who chose each article by sending us its link. We select nothing, editorialize nothing, and compile nothing on our own initiative.
One copy, one reader. Each magazine is a single private copy, printed once, mailed only to the reader who requested it. Printed magazines are never resold, republished, syndicated, offered to anyone else, or used to build any collection or archive on our side. We keep no library of printed content: articles are stored only as working copies needed to produce that reader's magazine.
Copyright stays with the copyright holders. Authors and publishers retain all rights in their work. Offprint claims no rights in any article it prints. Original bylines, publication names, and publication dates are preserved on the printed page.
Your responsibility. You may only save content you have lawful access to read. Offprint is not a way to obtain content you could not otherwise read, and we do not offer, advertise, or support circumventing any paywall, subscription, or technical protection measure. Where a publisher requires a subscription for access, that relationship is between you and the publisher.
Publishers. If you are a rightsholder and prefer your content not be printed through Offprint, tell us at dani@getoffprint.com and we will exclude your domain promptly. We honor takedown requests: identify the work and the URL, and we will remove stored copies and prevent future printing. We follow the DMCA notice process (17 U.S.C. § 512) for all such requests.
DMCA designated agent. Notices of claimed infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 512 should be sent to our designated agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (Registration No. DMCA-1078545): Daniel Belfort, Offprint, 3301 NE 183rd St, Apt 2109, Aventura, FL 33160, phone (305) 965-9085, email dani@getoffprint.com. A valid notice identifies the work, the specific URL, and includes the statements and signature described in § 512(c)(3).
Repeat infringers. We terminate service, in appropriate circumstances, for readers who repeatedly submit infringing material. Content removed under a takedown request is blocked from being saved or printed again, for every reader.
